Characteristics:

Silicone sealant is a two-component sealant, which is used as the secondary adhesive sealant after the primary adhesive sealant being butyl sealant. Using the two types of sealants together could prolong the life of insulating glass. It is applied in the sealing for insulating glass, vehicles and refrigeration.

●Two-component, neutral cured at room temperature, curing time adjustable.

●Excellent resistance to high & low temperature and air aging.

●Excellent adhesion to most materials such as glass and aluminum etc.

Methods of Application:

1. Silicone Sealant for IG has excellent adhesion to aluminum and glass. The surface must be clean, dry and without dust.

2. It can be applied in automatic or manual production line, also can be used singly or with butyl sealant. Sealant A & B can be mixed evenly at the weight rate of 12:1 and curing speed is also adjustable within the range of A:B=11:1～14:1 (by weight) according to demands.

               sealant B: 20L/Plastic barrel ( Interior diameter: 285mm)

Medium Package: sealant A 20L/Plastic barrel (Net weight 25kg )

             sealant B 310ML/Plastic cartridge (Net Volume: 310ml)

Storage:

The shelf-life will be 12 months stored in cool, dry , and ventilated places below 27℃

Transportation:

non-dangerous, can be transported by train, automobile, ship or plane.
